CasaWare's ceramic non-stick coating is made without any "Forever Chemicals," using a silicate/glass base coating derived from quartz sand, a chemically inert and relatively hard mineral. Our ceramic coating is Lead Free, PTFE Free, PFOS Free, PTFE Free, Cadmium Free, and PFAS free.

Our cutlery features the patented Groovetech natural non-stick Japanese stainless steel full tang forged construction knives. The carbon steel construction is also aluminum-free, and the food slides off easily with just a soft wipe or scrub.

Use and Care Before first use, remove all packaging materials and labels, and wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Plastic, rubber, silicone, or wooden utensils are recommended to avoid scratching the non-stick surface. Cool completely before washing, and hand-wash only with a soft cloth or sponge and non-abrasive cleaners or liquid dish soap in warm water. Rinse and dry with a soft towel. Do not soak in water or put in the dishwasher.
